EngageXpart offers automation tools for Facebook Pages, enabling auto-replies and messaging based on keyword detection in post comments. Users can connect their Facebook accounts, view their Page list, select specific posts, define product-related keywords, and automatically respond to potential customers via comments and messages.

2. Facebook Permissions & Data Use

• pages_manage_metadata: Required to subscribe to Page Webhooks and receive real-time comment notifications to trigger automation.
• pages_show_list: Enables users to view and select their managed Pages to configure auto-replies.
• pages_messaging: Allows our system to send private messages to users who comment with specified keywords.
• business_management: Grants the app access to manage assets like Pages and product catalogs, ensuring a secure and streamlined setup.
• pages_read_engagement: Lets us fetch post and comment data to analyze and engage effectively.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must ensure they have proper authorization to manage any Facebook Page they connect. You are responsible for the content, keywords, and products associated with your posts.

4. Facebook Compliance

Our application complies with Facebook’s Platform Policies. However, we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Facebook. Users must use our service in accordance with Facebook's terms and community guidelines.

5. Privacy & Data

We collect and use only the data required for automation functionality. We do not store or sell user messages or personal data. Facebook account data is used strictly for features that users explicitly enable.

6. Limitation of Liability

EngageXpart is not liable for any misuse of the service, nor any disruptions caused by changes in Facebook API or user error. Users agree to use the tool responsibly and for its intended purpose.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or misuse the platform, including spamming, unauthorized messaging, or misuse of Facebook permissions.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
